They always do that on here to stop you seeing people being killed , there is a helicopter video of the destruction of Kesennuma , a 16 metre high tsunami wall of water rushed in at over 100 mph ripping away lines of houses and businesses in an instance , another video totally in Japanese shows people wandering around looking for tsunami centres to go to like they were told to , all of them were 15 metres tall !!! The same video shows the higher office building they walked out of surviving but across the road the tsunami centre with debris and water rushing over it - there were 80 people in there !! Blurring videos on here is to protect minors i presume .
